Another wonderful experience with Dowell, starting and ending with Jessica, who is as pleasant, accommodating, good-humored, and efficient (but delightfully unrushed) a phone contact as there ever was. Beau provided the maintenance and was similarly extremely pleasant and efficient. Also, honest... telling me exactly what needed and didn't need repair. Turns out the total repair was $45 with tax, which was far less than I expected. Ending with paying my bill over the phone with Jessica who, when everything went through without a glitch, happily announced something like "Ding, ding, ding! Looks like we have a WINNER!!!" How can I NOT look forward to scheduling my next washer/dryer maintenance call in a year!!!

Took 3 tries, but the end result seems to be excellent. Jennifer took extra time the second time she was out to see the coil fail, and that extra time made all the difference. And much appreciated that the only charge beyond the yearly maintenance fee was the cost of the electrical coil. Also much appreciated is Jessica's extremely friendly and accommodating nature over the phone. It's a delight speaking with her.

Beau was prompt and knowledgeable throughout both of his visits regarding the repair of our dryer. He quickly identified the problem and promptly ordered the parts. When he returned, the repair took the minimum of time and it was working beautifully once again! His rates are fair and he's a stand-up professional with a down-to-earth demeanor. I highly recommend his services!

Beau was prompt, efficient and did an excellent job of getting the problem of freezer ice build-up resolved. Highly recommend your company. Also, Beau likes tuna and cucumber sandwiches. 😁

From the initial phone call to the end my service was wonderful. Beau was kind and respectful of me and my home and completed the work efficiently. Jessica was kind and quickly responded to my calls and questions. When a part was ordered the I ended up not needing they quickly refunded my money with no waffling or coaxing on my part. 10/10 recommend.
