Igniter on oven wasn’t working. While he was here, dishwasher stopped working. Was able to fix both while here. No need for second service call! Great work. Service man was wonderful. Quick and efficient. Would highly recommend them for all your repairs. Couldn’t be happier with outcome.

I called about a fridge repair, the receptionist was very informative and explained best case/worst case scenarios clearly. Replacement for ice makerI was very impressed with the level of professionalism and quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem. Jessica is friendly and excellent at coordinating appointments. I was also very impressed with Beau and his attention to detail. He informed us of the cost of the parts and ordered them right away. I would highly recommend this company.

The technician Rob was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He was considerate in that he wore protection on his boots so as not to mark floors. Rob diagnosed the problem with our electric range quickly and fixed it. I asked him about a problem with our fridge and he also knew right away what the issue was, and came back another day to fix that problem. I appreciated how both the receptionist and Rob were very upfront about all costs and explained them well. I felt no pressure to go ahead with any of the issues with the electric range or fridge. Very satisfied with all the work done.
