Appliance Repair Service

Had a great experience with Beau from Dowell Equipment Services! He replaced my water line, a couple of valves, and my ice maker so I could finally enjoy my KitchenAid water features and freshly made ice cubes lol! He was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient, and I’m very satisfied with the service. This was my first time using the business, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Jessica, who handled my calls, appointments, and information was also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We previously had used Dowell's services for our Dryer and it was great, so we had them come again when our Washer was done. Again, outstanding service. A wonderful company. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them or recommend them.

We appreciated the efficient, friendly booking process, appointment reminders and on route notification. Beau completed a thorough check of the convection oven temperature and answered our technical questions in layman's terms. This is our "Go to Company" for our appliance services. The service is exceptional.
