I’ve been using this business to repair my appliances for years now and over 2 or 3 different houses. I LOVE them. I never stress when something breaks because I know how easy it will be to email them and ask for an appointment. They are so kind and thoughtful and just so helpful. They fix everything perfectly, give me options when it’s appropriate and again, they are so kind, so tidy and I would never ever hire anyone else. I seriously wish they did other things like painting, cars, building and landscaping lol!! They are really the best business in London for this type of thing!

Dowell rocked it!! Everyone was personable and professional.Manufacturer (Whirlpool KitchenAid fridge) recommended service company failed miserably, not once but twice..plenty of lost groceries and.complete zero on corporate customer service. Dowell saved the day...established the issues and then completed a successful repair. Wecannot thank Dowell team enough!!
