Had a great experience with Beau from Dowell Equipment Services! He replaced my water line, a couple of valves, and my ice maker so I could finally enjoy my KitchenAid water features and freshly made ice cubes lol! He was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient, and I’m very satisfied with the service. This was my first time using the business, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Jessica, who handled my calls, appointments, and information was also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
